Kagoshima-Shanghai route revived; Kagoshima's international routes return to pre-coronavirus route numbers

On the 16th, Chinese airline China Eastern Airlines resumed its Kagoshima-Shanghai route for the first time in four years. Flights have been suspended due to the new coronavirus, but the day has finally arrived when direct flights will be aired between Kagoshima and Shanghai (China). With this reunion, the pre-coronavirus routes of Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Shanghai have all been revived after the coronavirus, making them available for the first time in four years.
At Kagoshima Airport on the 16th, souvenirs were presented to passengers arriving from Shanghai, and Kagoshima Prefecture's mascot character "Guribu" and Kirishima City's mascot character "Captain Duck" also came to the airport. From now on, the airline will operate one round trip twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, using smaller A320 aircraft. With the resumption of South Korean LCCs in September, the number of foreign tourists is expected to increase further in Kagoshima. (Article creation: Management reporter)
