HumiGal 0.3.0 Version Update : Zero-Code Visual Novel Engine for Mobile Reading

HumiGal is a zero-code engine for Galgames and visual novels, designed for easy reading on mobile phones, tablets, and computers. With its simple interface, even those without prior experience in creating visual novels can get started within five minutes. HumiGal supports the serialized release of chapters in visual novels.

New Features and Enhancements

HumiGal Engine

• The support for multiple languages has been enhanced, allowing the corresponding titles to change along with the language switch.

Humihumi Platform

• A mouse wheel control feature has been rolled out, enabling PC users to navigate through storyboards forward and backward using the mouse wheel (currently this feature is only available on the Windows system, with Mac system support being refined).

• A fast-forward feature has been launched, allowing players to skip through previously unlocked storyboards in the game.

• A blocking feature has been introduced, giving users the ability to block content or authors they dislike.

• The multi-language support has been improved, now allowing language switching within the game (assuming the work has been enabled for multiple languages).

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where adding transition storyboards led to disarray in the storyboard sequence.

• Addressed a problem on the mobile web version where, due to an occasional inability to scroll down, completing the registration process was hindered.

Exciting new features and enhancements

Humigal Engine

• Desktop support (Windows, MacOS, Linux) will be introduced to address stuttering issues during editing and discrepancies between local data and server synchronization (nearing completion, currently bug testing).

• A new "foreground" feature will be added to showcase items or other content requiring priority display.

Anticipated bug fixes

• There is a chance that adding or reusing assets may inadvertently alter all assets.

• The publication and update statuses for works in multiple languages are not independent but shared across languages.
