HumiGal 0.3.2 Version Update : Zero-Code Visual Novel Engine for Mobile Reading

HumiGal is a zero-code engine for Galgames and visual novels, designed for easy reading on mobile phones, tablets, and computers. With its simple interface, even those without prior experience in creating visual novels can get started within five minutes. HumiGal supports the serialized release of chapters in visual novels.

The focus of this update is on bug fixes, with no new features being rolled out.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused the mouse wheel to not scroll forward or backward smoothly.

• Addressed the issue where the mouse wheel functionality for scrolling was not working on Mac.

• Corrected a visibility issue with edited text content in the editor.

• Resolved an issue causing abnormal displays of character illustrations.

• Rectified the expired website certificate issue.

• Made corrections to inaccurate text descriptions related to page navigation in the editor.

• Fixed a problem where verification codes were not being sent to non-Gmail email addresses during the email binding process.

• Solved an issue where incorrect verification codes on the password recovery page prevented successful password retrieval.

• Improved compatibility with multiple languages.

Last week, we implemented a series of urgent updates dedicated to bug fixes. The upcoming update is slated for July 16th, with a continued emphasis on rectifying bugs.

Subsequently, we intend to resume our bi-weekly update cycle for further iterations. We are also refining our testing processes prior to version releases, aiming to detect and fix bugs before they make it to the official release.

Additionally, we are concentrating on addressing the issue of page lag when there is an abundance of storyboards, which is crucial for enhancing the engine's user experience. Although this effort is time-intensive, we are hopeful that the resolution will not keep our users waiting too long.
