Look at the answer rather than worrying. （悩むより、答えを見る）

When I was in high school, my math teacher used to tell me this all the time.
If you come across a problem that you don't understand at all, worring about it is a waste of time. It's faster to see the answer quickly. Then look at the answer and understand why it happens.

I think this is exactly the same when writing sentences in English.
If you are so worried that you can't write, it would be faster to write it with the help of AI or transration software. Of course, you don't just copy it word for word, write it while understanding why the sentence is like that. 

And someday, I would like to be able to write English sentences on my own, just as I can now solve math problems on my own.

悩むより、答えを見る

私が高校生の頃、数学の先生から良くこのように言われていました。
全く分からない問題が出てきたら、悩んでも時間の無駄だ。さっさと答えを見た方が早い。そして答えを見ながら、なぜそうなるのかを理解しなさいと。

これは、英語で文章を書くときにも全く同じだと思いました。
悩んで書けないくらいなら、AIや翻訳ソフトの力を借りて書いた方が早いです。もちろん、だだそれを丸写しするだけではなくて、なぜそのような文章になるのかを理解しながら書く。

そしていつか、自力で数学の問題が解けるようになったのと同じように、自力で英語の文章を書けるようになりたいです。
