Shikoku trip [day6]

Good morning!
I'm in Shikoku region.

this blog is about Shikoku trip.
it's sixth day.

I went to Kazura bridge.

Kazura bridge in nature

Kazura bridge is made by Actinidia arguta.
it's all replaced new one every three years.

this rope is Actinidia arguta
There were many tourists.
It was quite a thrill!

after I  crossed the bridge.
I went to famous restaurant serving local fish and "Iyasoba".

Grilled fish from the local area and Iyasoba.

Iyasoba made from 100% soba powder from the local area.
It's shorter and thicker than normal.

this fish was "Ayu"
Ayu is fish in river.

both were nature taste and very delicious!

after I ate them.

I went to "Oboke koboke "
it's canyon.

there were many "Koinobori" (it's Japanese traditional culture.)

The attraction of Oboke-Koboke is the naturally formed canyon and flowing clear water.

after that, I went to Takamatsu.

Takamatsu is famous for Sanuki Udon.
I must eat it!

Sanuki Udon and Tempura.
I ate Sanuki Udon at here.

Sanuki udon features thin seasoning.
However, the noodles are resilient and very tasty.

and more, it's chicken with bone.


above is made by baby bird and bottom is made by parent bird.
chicken with bone. it's famous Takamats food

This is famous Takamats local food too.


it's famous shop for chicken with born.

The one in the photo above is a baby chicken.
bottom is parent chicken.

Baby chicken is We usually eating in first food shop.

The parent birds were fuller and more resilient than the baby birds.
However, it was a little hard.
