How do you get through the tough times?

I have a family member who has rare desease, so this is a topic that I really need to address😊.

I think everyone goes through tough times in their lives. When you are able to think about these themes, you are in a phase where the situation has calmed down quite a bit and you have a lot of control over it.

I think there are two ways to do this.

The first is to let yourself know what you're feeling and how you're feeling it.

The people around you who care about you will listen to you and help you to calm down. However, it is you who will be with you for a longer time than that. It is important that you take good care of yourself.

Hitomi, you're doing a great job. You're really doing great...good job, And so on😄.

When you go through something really sad, you need time to heal, and your strongest ally is yourself. When you take good care of yourself, you will see many phenomena that everyone around you also cares about you.

Second, you need to remember your life purpose. If you have never thought about it or have forgotten it, please create it.

I think it should be as big and exciting as possible. I have my own dreams, and although I don't directly help my husband with his work, I'm really proud of what he is doing, so it makes me feel better to reinforce the idea that I will definitely return to work for him.

There is no way that the current stalemate will continue forever.

There will always be a way out.
