The Correct Way of “The Method to change Your Weak Point by psychologically”

It’s been showing that even negative thoughts like “temper, melancholy” have an advantages and there was interesting article I found so let’s share with you! Firstly, it is saying “The Theory of Changing Your Weak point to Your Strength”↓

The famous doctor Gabriele Oettingen’s research. Her’s famous book called “Rethinking Positive Thinking” new theory of using WOOP(Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) well, you already read it.


They first did participant’s personality test and checked if they had an impulsive behavior.
Next was the participants divided 2 groups. One group was told “The person who is impulsive is more creativity.” and other group was told “No relationship between impulsive and creativity.”

And all participants took creative test like “Think 100 ways to use an bricks.” Something like that. And the result was participants who believed strong relationship between impulsive and creativity tended to be truly more creative.

According to researchers...
“We all human understands that our weak points could turn to be positive.
From this study found the possibility person who believes their weak point and their strong point are “two sides of the same coin”, they can turn their weak point to use of their advantages.”

Somehow, it is important that you must believe that even your dislike personality has its advantage! So you don’t go wrong way.

Lastly, I will line up negative thoughts you may think of with other side of them so you are no longer fear for your weak points at all!!

* A coward= Not to be negligent to prepare
* A shy personality= Calm and humble
* Pessimistic= Look at anything to be realistic
* Easy to be anxious= Getting high concentration and alertness
* Easy to be impairment= Being more Attentiveness
* Easy to be depressed= Being more analytic for anything
* Become lazy= Be fortitude
* Arrogant= Have confident
* Strong emotion of feeling guilt= Being more ethical perspective
