HECP International Expo Symposion 2025 is a para-expo for the people, with overlay installation art set against the backdrop of The Osaka-Kansai Japan Expo. With the aim of discussing the role of "Geijutze" from various angles in order to avoid conflicts with various environmental and human rights issues, including virus pandemics, in a globalizing society, the Japanese people A global event centered on culture will be held for 183 days from April to mid-October 2025, with a direct initiative and appeal to the world. The content is a groundbreaking combination of international dialogue and arts events spanning diverse themes such as the arts, human rights, the environment, and the public, and is a competition for the achievements of industry and science and technology with national prestige at stake. If the competitive World's Fair is a 20th century international event, then the city itself is the venue, the Bauhütte Roundabout, the 21st century Landsgemeinde of "Geijutze" and human rights.

HECP国際博覧会シュンポシオン2025は、国際博覧会を背景にしたオーバーレイ・インスタレーションアートによる、言わば民衆のパラエキスポです。グローバル化する社会の中で、高まるウイルスパンデミックをはじめとする、様々な環境問題や人権問題の衝突を回避すべく、ゲイジュツの果たす役割を多方面から語り合おうという趣旨のもとで、日本の民衆が直接イニシアチブ発議し、世界に呼びかけて、文化を中心にした 世界的イベントが2025年 4月から10月下中旬まで 183日間にわたって展開されます。その内容は芸術・人権・ 環境・パブリックなどの多様なテーマに跨る国際的な対話とアーツ・イベントを組み合わせた画期的なものであり、国家的威信をかけて産業や科学技術の成果を競いあう万国博覧会 が 、20世紀的な国際イベントだとするならば、都市自体が会場として、まさにバウヒュッテ民家のラウンドアバウトによる、21世紀のゲイジュツとヒューマンライツの、青空集会ランツゲマインデとでもいうべきものなのです。
