Requests when coming to the hospital

We ask for your cooperation in the following items to avoid problems with other animals and to ensure that your visit to the clinic goes smoothly.

• To avoid injury from contact with other animals, please keep your dogs, especially medium to large sized dogs, on a short leash.
  

• Please put your cat in a pet carrier or a laundry net to prevent it from running away when startled.

• If someone other than the person who usually checks on your dog or cat brings them to the hospital, please have materials or notes ready that will help us understand the progress of their condition.
