Heart Vet Hospital is located in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. We specialize in dogs and cats.

Consultation hours

Our Doctor’s office opens at 9 a.m. and close to 7 p.m. on Tuesday to Saturday. Morning consultations are held until 12 p.m. and afternoon consultations begin at 3 p.m.
In addition, we have irregular no-consultation days on national holidays and participation in academic conferences. Please check our website before visiting our hospital.

Medical Temporary care

We offer temporary care service for some cases.
Temporary care is a form of medical treatment in which you leave your animal with us and come to pick up at the time of your choice.
Please contact the reception desk if you wish to use this service.

The following are eligible for temporary care service.

• For patients with a fixed plan, such as immunization, re-examinations, injections, and infusion drips.

• For return visits. If you are busy, please inform the receptionist of your wish to see your pet today.

• Those whose want to leave hospital because of urgent business. Please notice to receptionist, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

• Those who want to go home once while the hospital is crowded.
  

House calls

For owners whose pets already have medical records, we make house calls for those who are unable to make a hospital visit, do not have access to transportation, or have limited mobility.
We will visit homes in the neighboring areas of the city for preventative care or ongoing medical treatment, such as injections and infusion drips.

Nighttime and Holiday Consultations

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide nighttime medical services because we do not have a system in place to provide emergency medical services at this time.

Holiday care is available for those who needed it during their last visit, and is limited to processing injections, intravenous infusions, and other treatments. Not all holidays are covered.
Initial consultation is not available on holidays.
