kizuna fes

i went to see kizuna fes last suturday.
i visited aobayama park venue in the evening.
there was a stage for bon dancing that opened for visitors.
and some food stalls and the event for finding ghosts that is retated to tohoku area.a stuff gave us a papaer like bingocard,walking around to fined ghosts.when cleared, we got gifts , some snack and microwave popcorn.
i did not see parades,
1st kizuna fes was in sendai in 2011.then i remenber the parade canceled on the way bacause of too many  spectators for safty reasons.for akita kanto paformers,it was dangerous stuation.
akita kanto is that paformers keeping a tall stick with many paper lanton and walking.
