Two misleads caused the depression.
One was the government's mislead in 1990/4/1.
At the beginning of this year, the price of property had begun to fall; that is to say, the bubble was over, but our government stopped the money flow for realty and construction companies by notifying all the banks so that every company, even the big ones, fell soon.

Another was Japanese Journalism; I will define this journalism as peasants, misleading in 1991 or 1992.
At that time, we had to invest ten trillion yen to solve the matter of housing-roan companies.
Of course, Prime Minister Miyazawa knew it well, but they began to sing in a big chorus to stop wasting our hard-earned tax money on banks and realty companies, so only eight thousand billion yen was invested in this matter.

But this behavior of your nation made me disappointed in your country's glory.
I understand the USA has both good money and bad money.
Sound money is a perfect democracy; bad money is capitalism going too much, which causes extreme unbalance between the rich and the poor.
This imbalance is more than the 'American Dream.'

Twenty years ago, I visited Rome to see a painter who was my classmate. He had graduated from the Tokyo Art University; suddenly, I discovered the theory of Civilization.
I named this theory 'The turn table of the Civilization.'
I saw the stream from Rome to Lisbon, Madrid to Paris, London to New York and Tokyo.
In the history of this stream, your country was the first country to take a cough only fifty years after being the hegemony nation.

These two countries have large populations, so they will have big spending power in the economy, but no one except poor people or economically minded people wants to spend their lives in these countries.

Ordinary people do not want to spend their lives in communist countries or countries of curst fiction, so the table will never turn to these countries.
China has had no possibility of successfully changing communism to democracy in these past ten years, and India needs astronomical time to overcome curst fiction.

If Mr. Fu Chin Tao had read and understood my first book named '××××,' because this book starts as a letter to him, he could have waked up to change communism fiction as an excellent elite of China so that China should reach the following table.
Of course, I hope China will reach the table.

They have the qualifications and population to be the champions in the next century.

China and India had already reached the table in history long ago.

It is a fact that the table turned to Japan twenty-five years ago, and this century is the time that America and Japan have to lead the world.
But your country and our journalism stopped us from raising the brand—a new voice that should echo worldwide: no class, religion, or ideology.
These are the best for humanity.
These mistakes have made the world unstable nowadays and have caused 9/11.

Peasants under the something cannot be adults or real men.
Your country has responsibility on this point, So I force your country to declare that Japan finished the responsibility of the cruel war.
You killed three million and five hundred thousand people in a very short time at the end of the war, all of the central city without Kyoto or Nara was destroyed by the incendiary bomb, finally with the sacrifices of the people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki who are the people of innocence, the children or the little girl or the ordinary citizen lost their life within a blink. They have lost even their shapes on this earth.
If we did not finish the responsibilities of the mad war, what would have been their death?

Though I can start reviving my company within two years, the time has come for me and Japan to write the book right now.

While recovering to walk, I completed this book in my brain within three months.
