It is my first time seeing Italy's current Prime Minister, Conte, seriously. I watched him sign a memorandum of understanding against China's One Belt One Road, the first G7 country to do so, alongside the dictator Xi Jinping, who represents a communist one-party dictatorship.
I thought this country was not even a country.
