Reservations
All reservations must be made

Please arrive on time!
It is important that service begin and end on time as a curtesy to the next guest.
By booking, you assert that you have read and understand our salon policies.

Services
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.
We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days.

Cancellations
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice. We understand that emergencies do happen, but out of respect for our guests and your stylist please give the time to refill spot.
We will help you reschedule your appointment for a late date.

No Shows
All NO-SHOW appointments will be changed **100% **of the service value.

Late Policy
If you are more than** 15 minutes** late, we have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Sick
We will not be accepting sick clients.
If you or someone you are in close contact with sick within **24 hours **of your appointment, please cancel immediately.
