Hello everyone! This is Yamauchi Seminar from Nagasaki International University.
This time, we visited the Nagasaki Dinosaur Museum at the southern tip of Nagasaki, Nomozaki. And here is our introduction video!

This dinosaur museum just opened on October 29, 2021. So it was very clean and beautiful when we visited in December!
Dinosaur museums are very rare in Japan, and it is the first dinosaur museum in Nagasaki Prefecture.
Next to the museum is the "Nomozaki Dinosaur Park" where children can have fun. And there are cafes, restaurants, Gunkanjima Museum and other facilities around.
Speaking of Nomozaki , Gunkanjima is very famous. It has been registered as a World Heritage Site in recent years, and many movies and TV dramas were filmed here. Entering the museum, you can see the Gunkanjima at sea! So if you come to Nomozaki, stop by and see Gunkanjima!

The ticket price:
500 yen for adults (over 15 years old)
200 yen for Elementary and junior high school students (6-15 years old)
200 yen for preschool children (3-6 years old)
Infants are free (0-2 years old)
The admission fee is very reasonable and you can have fun all day!

Various kinds of fossils are exhibited, and anyone can easily enjoy it with an audio guide. There are also hands-on exhibits and models of dinosaurs that actually move, so it's very fulfilling!
