<Foreword>
 When the author went on a trip, there were only cards, hanafuda, and UNO in the hotel, and I felt lonely.
 The author likes a game called Nokos Dice, a trick-taking game that uses dice and cards, and plays with his friends with his own variant rules.
 I made this game because I thought that if I could reproduce the fun of this variant rule only with UNO, I wouldn't feel lonely even if I stayed at a hotel with few games.
 If you are interested, please purchase the Nokos Dice that is the original creation and play with it.

<Preparation>
In the case of 3 players, 10 cards of each color, 1 card of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and skip card, and 2 cards of 7, for a total of 40 cards.
 For 4 players, 14 cards of each color, 1 card of 0, and skip card, and 2 cards of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
and 6, for a total of 56 cards.
The person who left food most recently becomes the starting player and receives a wild card as the starting player marker.

<How to play>
★ Card distribution phase
 Shuffle the cards well and turn up 13 numbered cards for 3 people and 17 numbered cards for 4 people. (When a skip card comes out, avoid it once so that the skip card does not line up face up, and when the specified number of number cards are lined up, mix the skip card with the rest of the deck and shuffle it again.)
 After arranging the face-up cards, distribute nine cards to each person.
 The remaining cards (0 for a 3-player game, 3 for a 4-player game) are not used in this game, so put them face up and put them aside.
★ Trump card decision phase
 The face-up cards are taken clockwise one by one from the starting player.
 The number and suit (color) of the last remaining card is the trump card for this round.
 Place the 4 cards you took in the trump decision phase (hereafter referred to as the public cards) face up in front of you.

* Trick-taking phase
 The lead player (starting player for the first trick) should play one card from his hand or open bills.
 If there is only one open bill left, that card cannot be used.
 Subsequent players must follow the lead player's color clockwise. (If you have a card with the same color as the lead player in your hand and the open card other than the last one, you must put it out.)
 If you don't have a must-follow card, you can play any card you like except the last open pile.
 Once everyone has played, whoever puts out the strongest card is the winner, takes all the cards, puts them aside, and becomes the lead player for the next trick.
 When a card of the same strength comes out, it's a late win.
 Summarize the cards you have taken for each win so that you can see the number of wins.

<Strength of card>
* Strong order from top
 Trump card (same suit, same number)
 Trump number (different suit)
 Trump suit (strong) 6-0 > skip card (weak)
 Lead suit (strong) 6-0 > Skip card (weak)
 Other suits

<End of Round and Scoring>
 One round ends when everyone's hand is empty and there is only one open card.
 The score calculation is the number of wins x 1 point.
 10 points if the number of wins is 0.
 Bonus 5 points if the number of wins is the same as the open bill in front of you.

<To the next round>
 Pass the start player marker (wild card) to the player to the left and proceed to the next round.

<end of game>
 The game ends when the start player marker (wild card) has played two turns.
 The person with the highest score wins!
