　航空貨物は、日々運賃が変わることが多く、支払う側のお客様（LHR）からコスト承認が遅れると再度、承認を得なければならないときがあります。それを防ぐために、現地の担当者(LHR/Counter Part)に運賃承認を促すとき、以下の表現を使うことができます。

Before we can make any arrangements to have this shipment moved ex NRT, please provide your approval for the following charges up to arrival airport LHR.
If we do not receive approval within a couple of days, we will need to requote as the rates are changing on a daily basis.
