蔵置料表現をマスターしよう（フォワーダー）

状況 : 日本からロンドン向けに送った貨物がロンドン側のお客様から引き取りが断られ、日本に積み戻さないといけない状況
A : ロンドン支店の輸出担当者(フォワーダー)
B : 東京支店の輸入担当者(フォワーダー)

A : The shipment arrived to our warehouse on 17th August.
The first 48 hours storage is free but the fee thereafter is EUR 0.05 per kg per day. IE 610kgs x EUR0.05 = EUR 30.50 per day

B : Understood. I am gonna tell our customer the storage fee.

A: Before we can make any arrangements to have this shipment moved ex LHR, please provide your approval for the following charges up to arrival airport NRT.
If we do not receive approval within a couple of days we will need to requote as the rates are changing on a daily basis.

B : We are waiting for their approval. Seems like they are checking internally. Keep you updated after their confirmation.

A: As we have advised when the shipment was sent from Japan to England, it was refused by ABC Company England and needs to be returned to Japan.
I have not received any approval for the cost to move this shipment back to Japan. Please approve the cost provided below as well as the storage charges that are accruing at EUR0.05 per kg per day.

B: I am keeping pushing them. Plz wait.

A: We have not received any response from your side on this and the storage charges are accruing.
This shipment was refused by the consignee in LHR, so it needs to be returned to NRT at the expense of the shipper JIHO Company Japan.
Please confirm urgently that we can proceed and all charges can be billed to your side.

A : Can you advise on this urgently? Storage charges have started to accrue on this shipment as it is in our warehouse awaiting a response since Wednesday.

B : Finally, they approved all charges and movement. Plz share us FLT by return.
