The Mystery of Descending of the Kingdom of Heaven

Bothers and sisters in the Lord all know that the Lord Jesus once promised two thousand years ago, “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also”(John 14:2-3). I get moved each time I read these verses of scripture, for we are children of the Lord, therefore, we would be raptured into the kingdom of heaven when the Lord returns, by then, we could live with the Lord forever, without grief, pains and tears. What a happy life it is! Such a kind of life is also the greatest wish of every Christian. For this reason, we yearn for the Lord to come early and take us into the kingdom of heaven and live with the Lord forever.
However, many years have gone by, many brothers and sisters gradually feel parched in spirit, churches become desolate, and even many churches closed. I am thinking: If we keep watching the sky and waiting this way, can we actually welcome the Lord’s return? Disasters get greater and greater now, all sorts of signs show the prophecies of the Lord’s return have been pretty much fulfilled. If not being raptured in disasters, can we actually be raptured? Can it be that there is a deviation on the matter of welcoming the Lord’s return? Thank be to the Lord! With a seeking heart, I today watched a movie that solves my confusion. Two thousand years ago, the Lord Jesus promised His followers: "I go to prepare a place for you. After getting out of prison, Chen Xiangguang leads his brothers and sisters to look into Almighty God's work in the last days. Everyone finally comes to understand what it is to be raptured into the kingdom of heaven, whether the kingdom is really on earth or in heaven, and how people should welcome the Lord's return ...
