2008年に最初の取得。若かった（笑）
有効期限は2年。期限切れの2011年から10年間は米軍基地から独立して教育事業立ち上げで必死だった（笑）
改めて過去2年間の教官としての行動を確認するために、今回2度目の申請をした。ありがたいことに過去の行動はMCFIの基準に達していた事が認められた事になった。
