【お知らせ】FELIETTA's Nightmare Shop及びForgotten Nightmare販売物の第三者によるNFT化禁止について i do not allow third parties to make NFTs of our products.

最近、Twitter等でVRC並びにメタバース内における創作物の第三者NFT化に関する情報が多く見受けられます。

これに際しまして、トラブル防止、盗用防止の観点から「FELIETTA's Nightmare Shop」並びに私の活動による全作品の第三者によるNFT化は一律で禁止させて頂きます。

・本データ自体をそのまま再販売、転載、再配布することを禁止します。

・利用者が当データの制作者を偽り自作発言等を行ったり、
　制作者が制作する一次創作作品での本データ利用に際し著しく不利益、
　良識を著しく逸脱した利用形態であると確認された場合、
　及び制作者の想定外での利用形態に際し著しい不利益が制作者に発生した場合、
　上記規約に表記されていなくとも当データの利用権の停止を行えるものとします。

この二点に該当するものとし、規約の変更は行いません。

また、当方が制作したVRoid用テクスチャ、及びモデルを利用したアバターのNFT化等に関しましては

・本データは個人による改変、非営利商用でのご利用が可能です。
　営利目的でのご利用の場合は必ず制作者にご連絡下さい。またその際、ご利用形態によりましてはお断りさせて頂く場合もございます。

この規約が適用されますが、現時点では第三者によるNFT化によるトラブルの発生が懸念される為、一律でお断りしたいと考えております。

Recently, there has been a lot of information on Twitter about third party NFT of creative works in VRC and the metaverse.

In order to prevent problems and plagiarism, I have decided to prohibit third parties from making NFTs of all works in "FELIETTA's Nightmare Shop" and my activities.

NFT of digital data sold in "FELIETTA's Nightmare Shop" by third parties is strictly prohibited.

- It is prohibited to resell, reprint, or redistribute this data itself.

- It is prohibited for users to make false statements, etc. by pretending to be the creator of this data.
Significant disadvantage when using this data in the primary creative work produced by the creator,
If it is confirmed that the usage pattern deviates significantly from common sense,
And if the creator suffers a significant disadvantage in the unexpected usage pattern of the creator
The right to use this data can be suspended even if it is not stated in the above terms.

These two points apply, and no changes will be made to the terms.

In addition, in regard to the NFT of avatars using the textures and models for VRoid that we have created, the following conditions shall not apply.

- 3D model data is can be modified by individuals and used for non-profit commercial use.
Please be sure to contact the creator when using for commercial purposes. In that case, we may refuse depending on the usage pattern.

These terms and conditions apply, but at this time we are concerned about the possibility of problems arising from NFTs by third parties, so we would like to uniformly decline such requests.
