• Business having a turnover of INR 40 lakhs and INR 20 Lakhs for special category North Eastern states (Jammu) and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh).

• Individuals who are registered under pre-GST law like (Excise, Service Tax, VAT). So On And).• Individuals Who Pay Taxes Under The Reverse Charge Mechanism.
• Those Who Supplies Through E -Commerce Aggregator Are Eligible For Registration.
• Agents Of Supplier And Input Service Distributor.
• Taxable And Non-Resident Taxable Person.
• Business having multiple branches in different states should register one branch as a main head office and remaining branches as additional or other offices.

GST Registration in Haryana- Documents Required

The documents required for the GST Registration in Haryana varies with the type of business. The lists of important documents for all the business types is mentioned below.

• For Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company / One Person Company:

1. Certificate of Registration.

2. PAN Card of the Company.

3. MoA and AoA.

4. Pan Card, Aadhaar Card and passport size photographs of all the Directors.

5. Bank Account Details such as a canceled cheque or bank statement.

6. Address Proof Of Company.

7. Copy Of Electricity Bill Or Water Bill Or Landline Bill In Case Of Own Office And For A Rented Office Applicant Has To Submit Rental Agreement And NOC From The Owner

8. Authorization Letter.

• For Partnership:
1. Passport size photograph, Aadhar and PAN card and of all the partners.
2. Bank details such as a canceled cheque or bank statement.
3. Copy of electricity or landline or water bill in case of own office and for rented office you have To submit rent agreement and NOC from the owner.

• In the case of LLP:
1. Registration Certificate, Letter of Authorization, and Copy of Board Resolution.
2. Address proof of the place of business.

Online Procedure for GST Registration in Haryana

All the eligible individuals must follow the given steps below to complete the GST Registration in Haryana.

• Go to the official website for the registration ie, https://www.gst.gov.in/.
• Click on the 'Register Now' button under the Taxpayers section.
• Then Select 'New Registration' and fill the New Registration Form as shown in image below.
• Then enter the OTP and the OTP will be sent to your registered email id and mobile number.
• Before click on the 'Proceed' button check all the details carefully that you have been entered.
• After this You will be shown the Temporary Reference Number (TNR) on your screen. Note the TRN for further process.
• After this, against visit the GST Portal and click on 'Register' button
• Select TRN and click on 'Proceed'.
• Before proceed you will receive an OTP on email Id and registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed.
• Then the status of the application will be available on the next page.
• Visit the 'Verification' page and check the declaration. Then Use one the methods mention below to submit the application.
1. By Electronic Verification Code (EVC)
2. By e-Sign method

3. In case of companies are registering, use Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) to submit the form.
• Once the application process completed, the Application Reference Number (ARN)) will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• You can also check the status regularly on the GST portal.
