If the passenger books the refundable ticket and Thai Airways cancels their flight then, you are eligible to receive a refund in the form of a travel voucher for future flights.

If you cancel your intercontinental flight due to a delay of more than 3 hours.

Passengers can request a cash refund via Thai Airways's online refund system or by phone, and your request will be processed within 7 days.

Thai Airways cancellation policy says, If a passenger cancels their ticket within 24 hours, regardless of whether you hold the non-refundable ticket, even then you can get a refund.

The refund amount will be credited to your original form of payment within one week.
