Butoh at Bangka, Taipei 75

The video of "Future Temple" was finished editing.

It was about 3 months ago, but I feel it's long time ago.

Was it really me?

This video reminds me a lot of feelings which I felt at that time.

When I arrived at Taipei in January, I didn't expect this performance.

I met many people, became friends and all daily life in Taipei was new to me.

Sometimes I felt happy, sometimes I felt anxious, sometimes I felt alone...but absolutely I enjoyed this new life.

I got inspired from these experience.

It is a solo dance, but it's not a dancer's movements,

because I am with friends, collaborators, staffs, audiences, birds, wind, sunlight, souls, positive emotions, negative emotions... all memories.

After I watched this video, I felt thankful to all of them.

I also noticed that I feel at ease when I know my favourite place.

It's the key of good performance.
