The 6th day of Butoh workshop.

The training of 鋳態

An emotion, for example "shame" comes into the empty body and possesses the body totally.

Freeze all the conditions and carry it.

Next, a occupation like "driver" comes into your body. You hold both "shame" and "driver".

"shame" goes out. only "driver" remains.

"hot" comes in..."crazy"comes in… "driver" goes out…

You don't need to think how to do that.

Just accept any information like a container.

after the information goes out from your body, you come back to an empty bag.

The combination of the words sometimes could become nonsense.

You are just an empty bag, so you don't need to care about it.

Nonsense stimulates your body a lot, and you'll find new movements.
