Google has just announced a new AI assistant that can do more than just answer your questions.

So, what is Google's new AI assistant?

Well, it's called SGE, which stands for smart Google expert.

And it's basically a combination of Google's previous AI projects like deepmind and Google Bard.

Google merged deepmind and Google Bard into one division called Google deepmind in April 2023.

And since then, they've been working on developing SGE, which is powered by a new model called RT-2, which is a visual language model that can translate vision and language into action.

They used this data to train RT-2, the engine behind SGE, using advanced methods like reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks.

And I also believe it's crucial for us to grasp how RT-2 functions so we can truly appreciate the capabilities of this AI assistant.

So basically, RT-2 is a part of SGE, also known as robotic Transformer 2.

It's a special model that can understand pictures and words, then take actions based on them.
