I am conducting research on how to address Japan's severe labor shortage using AI and digital technology, and to support neurodiversity. I posted this article to encourage Japan to advance its digital transformation and take a leadership role, especially in the development of Web3 technologies. Research background and purpose: As Japan's aging population and declining birthrate continue, the labor shortage has become a significant challenge for the economy's sustainability. My research aims to develop a system using AI technology to help all individuals, including those with disabilities, fully utilize their abilities in the workplace, thereby expanding the entire labor market. Key aspects of the proposal include:

1.Development of AI-supported vocational training programs: Develop customized training programs for specific industries to facilitate rapid skill acquisition.

2.Introduction of tools for neurodiversity: Implement assistive technologies to mitigate challenges faced by workers with various disabilities.

3.Proposing data-driven policies: Analyze real labor market data to make concrete policy recommendations.

I have recently published articles on the development of personalized AI assistants that I have been researching and proposing. Specifically, my posts from May 6, 2024, titled "Assistant AI-1: Development of Personalized AI Assistants and Privacy Initiatives" and "Assistant AI-2: Research on Mimicking Individual Behaviors and Reactions Using AI," demonstrate concrete ideas and practical efforts.
