I found myself lifting 200 kg.

Introduction


My name is Kentaro Sakamoto and I am the president of Definer Inc.

As the title says, it is about training at the gym, which I have found I have become quite good at.


A 30 second walk from my house, a gorgous, macho gym.


There is a well-known gym near my house. To be honest, I was a bit intimidated at first, because I had no idea what to expect.
I think people thought, "What a thin guy," or "Well, he has no muscle.
However, in order to be in better shape as a manager, I started going to the gym every day for an hour at lunch, an hour at night, and so on.
I started going to the gym.


Every little bit of dust makes a big pile.


At first, even 40 kg was a lot of work. I kept going to the gym every day, thinking to myself,
40kg became 80kg
80kg became 120kg
120 kg to 160 kg.
160kg became 200kg!


Everyone can do pretty well if they keep at it!


Recently, I run 2km in 10 minutes, do 30-40 minutes of weight training of 100-200kg, and take a shower in 15 minutes.
I can now perfectly follow the routine of running 2km in 10 minutes, weight training 100-200kg for 30-40 minutes, and taking a shower in 15 minutes.
