Definer Inc. representative working hard ~ doubles with a nearly 70 year old ~

Introduction

My name is Kentaro Sakamoto and I am the president of Definer Inc.

As stated in the title, this article is about a tennis match with an old man, which our representative has been working hard on recently.

Playing a doubles match with a nearly 70 year old man

　Our representative has been playing hard tennis for more than 20 years. Because of a certain connection, I have been playing a doubles match with a nearly 70 year old man, who is like a parent to me.
　When I started playing matches, I was getting knocked down anyway and losing all my matches.
They were all younger doubles than us, and, the total age of the doubles was far lower than ours, and we were shredded. However, we worked hard on our serve placement, camps, and other ways to get points without using our physical strength, and finally, we made it to the semifinals in doubles.

We made it to the semifinals in doubles!

　That's right. Finally, I'm getting pretty good at winning! You can do it if you try.

　You work hard together with people who are physically and technically weaker than you, and win through teamwork and ingenuity. Isn't this exactly the same as managing a business that fights within constraints?
　IT startups need to win the market from a situation of no money, no time, and not enough people, and they must win even when they are at a disadvantage.
　They must win by mobilizing their intelligence, ingenuity, courage, and everything else they can do.
I have learned this in doubles with my grandfather. It is still difficult to advance to the finals, but I will continue to devote myself to it.
