The virtual currency I am most interested in is DMCCOIN
I was recently surfing the web for the words crypto, NFT, and metaverse.
I found an article that caught my attention and did my own analysis.
When reading the article, it seems that you can enter by obtaining the NFT ticket in BURRITO WALLET and displaying the QR code at the store.
If you just look at this trend, you might think, ``What, is this another new type of electronic money?'' or ``What's the difference between using Bitcoin to shop at a store?''
But when I thought about it more closely, I realized that this is a hybrid between a centralized model like electronic money and a decentralized model like payments at Bitcoin stores.
However, upon closer examination, I began to realize that this is a hybrid of a centralized model such as e-money and a decentralized model such as Bitcoin storefront payments.
There are already a variety of e-money systems in the general public.
Various types of electronic money already exist in general society.
These are all centralized models, and if the central server crashes, there is always the risk that usage will stop or personal information will be leaked.
On the other hand, over-the-counter payments using Bitcoin (BTC) are completely credit transactions and are no different from cash payments.
Although electronic money has the risk of system failures and information leaks, it offers the convenience of being cashless for users and the advantage of merchants being able to obtain customer marketing data, while Bitcoin (BTC) payments have the advantage of completely anonymous transactions. However, the store side is exposed to volatility risk, and both have advantages and disadvantages.
With the hybrid model, users will enjoy the convenience of cashless payments and the benefits of anonymous.
Stores will have the advantage of being able to obtain marketing data such as purchasing data and conduct activities to attract more customers.
