第58話「時を越えた再会: マレフィーとノクター」シーズン３〜オズ物語〜

静謐な城の一室、淡い光が窓から差し込む中でマレフィーはベッドに静かに横たわっています。周りを満たす静けさの中、彼女の深い眠りは未だに覚めることはありません。しかし、その穏やかな静寂を破るように、一筋の黒い影が室内へと舞い込んできました。それは、美しく艶やかな毛並みを持つ、真っ黒な鬼猫、ノクターの姿でした。

このノクターは、数百年前に老魔女によって毒リンゴの呪いで石に変えられた存在ですが、魔女の呪いから解放され、かつての主人であるマレフィーの元へと戻ってきたのです。彼は熱心に、かつ優しくマレフィーの顔を舐め続け、その愛情深い行為が、長い眠りについていたマレフィーの心をゆっくりと呼び覚ましました。

マレフィーがようやく目を開けると、懐かしい友であるノクターの存在を認識し、涙を流しながら彼を強く抱きしめました。ノクターの温かな体温と優しい愛情が、マレフィーの長年にわたる孤独と苦痛を和らげ、数百年に渡る時を超えた喜びと悲しみが一気に溢れ出しました。

ノクターの帰還は、過去の呪いが解け、新たな物語が始まる証として、マレフィーとノクターの間に永続する絆を深めたのです。

Episode 58 "A Reunion Across Time: Malefie and Nocter" Season 3—The Oz Story—

In a serene room of a quiet castle, with soft light streaming in through the window, Malefie lies peacefully in bed. Surrounded by silence, her deep sleep remains undisturbed. However, this calm is suddenly broken by a dark shadow that flutters into the room. It's Nocter, a jet-black phantom cat with a sleek and glossy coat.

Nocter was turned into stone hundreds of years ago by an old witch's poisoned apple curse, but he's been freed from this curse and has returned to his former master, Malefie. He diligently and gently licks Malefie's face, and his loving act slowly awakens her heart from its long slumber.

When Malefie finally opens her eyes, she recognizes Nocter, her dear friend, and tears stream down her face as she hugs him tightly. Nocter's warm body heat and tender love soothe Malefie's years of loneliness and pain, and a rush of joy and sorrow from across centuries overwhelms them.

Nocter's return signifies the breaking of the past curse and the beginning of a new story, deepening the everlasting bond between Malefie and Nocter.
