4. Count Your Calories

Nursing mothers should not reduce Their daily calorie intake below 1,500 calories, as that can put your breast milk supply at risk. By ensuring this number of daily calories, you will maintain your energy and care for your baby.

5. Add in Some Moderate Exercise

When combined with a healthy diet, any form of exercise can help nursing moms avoid maternal obesity later on in life. However, make sure you avoid any strenuous activity. Instead, take a brisk walk a couple of times a week, or practise yoga to Keep yourself active.
