(i) partition wall works

12. Metal hanging rod, keel of the joint should be uniform, corner seam should match, the surface should be smooth, no warp, hammer mark.

(iii) flooring works
1. Confirmation of grass-roots conditions shall be in accordance with the following requirements.
(1) the base should be solid and firm (above c25 concrete), no crusting, honeycomb, pitting, hollow drum, chalking, cracks and other phenomena.
(2) the concrete foundation should be dry for more than 28 days, and the ground floor should be waterproofed; during construction, the water content should be less than 8%, otherwise it may cause the epoxy flooring blisters to fall off.

2. Epoxy flooring shall meet the following requirements
(1) the thickness and properties of the coating shall meet the design requirements.
(2) the top coat shall be applied after the bond layer has been dried.
(3) the ambient temperature of the surface layer construction shall be controlled at 5~35℃.
(4) the construction of the surface layer should be completed in one time. When the construction is done in several times, it should be done with few joints and set in the concealed place. The joints shall be flat and smooth, no color separation and no bottom exposure.
(5) the surface shall be free of cracks, blisters, delamination, pitting, etc..
(6) the surface resistance of the anti-static ground should meet the design requirements.
(4) elevated floor
1. The elevated floor and its supporting structure should conform to the design and load-bearing requirements. Before installation, it should check the factory certificate and review the load inspection report, and each specification should have the corresponding inspection report.
2. The building ground where the elevated floor is laid shall meet the following requirements.
(1) ground elevations shall conform to design requirements.
(2) the surface layer of the ground should be smooth, smooth, dust-free, with a moisture content of not more than 8 per cent, and painted according to the design requirements.
3. The surface layer and supporting parts of the elevated floor should be smooth and solid, and have such properties as wear-resisting, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, flame retardant or non-flammable, pollution-resistant, aging-resistant, static conductivity, acid and alkali-resistant.
4. To have anti-static requirements of the elevated floor, should verify the product factory certification, certification and anti-static performance test report before installation.
5. For the elevated floor with ventilation requirements, the aperture rate and distribution of aperture, aperture or side length on the surface layer should meet the design requirements.
6. The connection or bonding between the support pole of the elevated floor and the building ground should be solid and reliable. 10. The installation of the plate at the edge and corner position of the elevated floor should be set and mended after cutting according to the actual situation, with adjustable support and crossbar set up, and the soft dust-producing material should be used to fill in the joints between the cutting edge and the wall.
