How to tame this linguist.

If you are new on working with me, please be advised some simple rules below for our happy future♡

Working time
6pm/JST - 9pm/JST: During this period, I do night errands, make dinner for family and eat it together. For this reason, I am less responsive during this time. If you are REALLY in hurry, please call me on Telegram/Skype. If you can wait until 9pm/JST, please send me an email and wait.

Email assignment
I am managing my tasks on gmail with labels. I know there is some rules that what the subject line should have in it, such as job number, file name(s). Please keep them. If not, I instead need to walk thru the pile of emails, which sometimes eats up my 1 minute.

Working style
I always try to solve the issue we have now together with you, smiling and warm-hearted. I never blame your failure (with some exceptions), so do not hesitate to ask me anything.
Also please do ask me for my help when you are driven into a corner. I will try to help you anytime as possible as I can. I am here to help you , always.

Few exceptions
I am usually calm and quiet, but not always like when…
a) Do not mess with me : lying to me, not being honest is not a good move when you work with me. Please be honest each other.
b) Do not leave me behind : Once you ask me the availability, I always prepare for it. Please report it even it is gone. It happens. It is ok. But remaining silent (or just forgetting about me) is VERY rude anytime.
c) I am not a convenient cheap proofreader.
Please do not ask me to proofread translation which another linguist translated for clients' evaluation trial. It often falls to my rewriting whole text. And that linguist is paid full while my payment is a half of them. This is totally unfair. 

Wanting new blood
I am always ready for your new project. Please ask me for the availability anytime. It is really sad to have always "left-overs" while others gets a whole new "feast".

I would like to work fun with you everytime and I believe you would like to as well. Those description is not special but juse we usually keep to work together to boost up the creativity. Please let me translate, really. I hope you understand and support my idea.
