２次大戦後最大とでも言える事案は、ハンガリー、アイスランドが通貨発行権に対し反旗を立てたことでしょう、日本では絶対にマスコミは報道しませんでした、何故・・・

　通貨を自国政府が発行するには、適切な発行管理等々が必要であり、無茶苦茶な通貨発行は経済混乱を起こしますが、適切に管理された通貨発行は豊かな国を作れるのは間違いないでしょう。勿論外部（通貨発行会社）等から当事国に対し、経済を混乱させるため武力を含む圧力をかけるでしょう。
リビア等々・・・世界の紛争地を調べると関わりが見えるようです。
国が国を運営するためには、通貨が必要です。当然、政府には通貨発行権がありますが、何故か！自国の通貨発行会社の中央銀行（米国はFRBと言う会社、日本は日銀と言うジャスダック上場会社、認可法人と言う不思議な組織です。）へ通貨発行を依頼（借金）しなければならないシステムを取っています。このシステムは借金から逃れることは出来ません。
　
一例として、米国の場合は米政府財務省が通貨発行権を持っていますが、巧妙なシステムでFRB（民間企業）がドルを発行しています。ドルは銀行券でなく、負債を相殺することが出来る小額債権証書？と言う形に変えて発行されているようです。ドル札には銀行券で無く、「Federal Reserve Note」と表示され合衆国憲法違反ではない・・・（政府にしか通貨発行権がないため、債権証書発行、貨幣ではないため違反とならないと言うこと。）を回避してるように思えます。FRBは小額債権証書・・・貨幣、札ではないが貨幣、札として世界中に流通させています。困ったことに世界中が、貨幣、お札と信じていることです！

ドルには大きなトリックがあり、UNITED　STATE OF　AMERIKAと「全て大文字」で印刷されていますが、これはアメリカ合衆国名ではなく、単なる登録商標（トヨタ、ソニー等々同じ！）で世界の多くの人々はこれを見てアメリカ合衆国が発行してると勘違いしています。単なる登録商標に過ぎません。国名では有りません！正式な国名表示はアメリカ合衆国はUnited States of Americaで大文字、小文字を使います！このことを米国内でプログ等で発表したら、即監視対象となると言われております・・・米国を旅行された際は是非FRBをホテル等の電話帳で探して見て下さい・・・間違いなく企業欄で見つけることが出来ます、FRBは間違いなく会社です。
　
　日本の場合は千円以上の貨幣は銀行券です、５００円以下の硬貨は政府発行です。政府が千円札以上の高額紙幣も法律により発行できますが、発行しません、何故でしょう・・・本当の！本当の！本当の！株主は誰でしょうか、個人株主は厳格な秘密で非公開とされています。
　
　日銀券は、当然商品券と同等と言うことが出来ます。当然千円以上の自分のお札を警察の前で破っても罪にならないと思います？（自分の紙幣を破る行為については、法律には規定がありません。 自分の紙幣を破る行為が道徳的に良くない行為であるとしても、これを処罰する規定がない以上、罪刑法定主義が適用されるため、処罰されることは無いでしょう。）但し５００円以下の政府発行のコインを変形等したら当然、即有罪になります。
　日本国政府が１万円の銀行券が必要となった場合、１万円の札を流通させるには政府が１万円の政府貨幣を適切に発行すれば、当然国民に税が殆ど発生しません、当たり前です。
　通貨発行会社の日銀に政府が１万円の銀行券発行を頼むと、一例として日銀は数十円程度？の印刷代が掛かりますが・・・
　そうすると銀行券発行を依頼した日本国には大きな問題が発生します、それは銀行券発行会社に対し借金・利息が生じます。じゃどうするかと言うと、残された道は国民等々から税等々を徴収し返済
　
　日本政府自身が通貨発行権を持っていますが・・・お札を適切に管理し発行したら、理屈の上では何の問題も発生しないと思います。

Currently, five countries have no central banking system. North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Libya. All of these countries are condemned as "rogue states" in the international community.
