Generally speaking, the longer you work remotely, the harder it is to get back into the swing of things at the office.

★abrasive, （人や態度が）不快な

I'm sorry I was so abrasive, Tim.

abrasiveは研磨剤のことです。

★make one's point, 自分の主張を通す、自分の主張が正しいことを示す

But they've certainly made their point: Employees want more.

★level off, 横ばいになる、頭打ちになる

Even before the pandemic, college enrollment was declining nationally as the number of college-age students leveled off.

★do oneself a disservice, 自分自身に害を及ぼすことをする

We live in an increasingly interconnected world, so we do ourselves a disservice if we cut ourselves off from that.

disserviceは害、ひどい仕打ち、あだ、です。
