Something Delicious in Kamakura

This information is from my friend who lives in Kamakura. It's a very reliable  because she loves delicious food as well!
According to her, the number of Japanese restaurants in this area has been decreasing recently. My guess of this decrease is because Japanese people do not visit Japanese restaurants in tourist areas unless their quality is beyond their own made meals. Kamakura is popular among foreign tourists, and also there are many Japanese tourists since it is easily accessible from Tokyo, which probably explains the increase in the number of Western-style restaurants in response to the needs of Japanese people who want to eat unusual food in unusual places. However, I want to show you an Authentic Japanese Restaurant at the beginning. Because this is Japan!

Brasserie Koo 航   - Modern French

I couldn't find a detailed article in English. But for your reference, you could see the short article at the bottom of this link
The method of converting old Japanese houses into new restaurants and stores has been popular in Japan for the past few years. In Japan, old houses are called "ko-Minka 古民家". It has a unique and wonderful ambiance. You can enjoy the mismatched charm of French cuisine served in an old Japanese house.

Takeru Quindici   - Modern Italian

According to my friend, everything at this restaurant is delicious! She recommends you make a reservation because it is very popular. If you could get a chance, you're extremely lucky!!!

Minka  喫茶ミンカ   - Cafe

Located near Kitakamakura Station, this cafe is housed in an old Japanese house. The interior and furnishings are not only retro but also the friendly conversation of the woman who runs the store is very comforting. Desserts and bread are delicious. You can feel the relaxing air here.
