魔術で達成したい結果を表現したシジルを作成する。作成法はなんでもよい。（参考リンク）
シジルを太陽に投影する。日没直前の夕日が目に優しいが、目を保護する工夫を忘れずに。
毎日、特に気持ちよく晴れた日には、以下のOathを唱える。
The Sun sigil is shining bright from above
Onto every particle of the universe
Which is vibrating, resonating, connecting each other
To manifest the things to be happen
From the beginning, to the end
In conformity with my will
So mote it be.
（単体で実践しても、様々な日拝実践と併用してもよい。これを機会に何らかの日拝を習慣づけるのもよいだろう）
