Hello. I’m Ayaka Tanaka. I won the Grand Prize in ASPaC Awards 2012 confectionery category.

I work at Bravis International as a package designer now.

When I participated in ASPaC Awards, I had an opportunity of communicating with a lot of students from other universities and I have come to know the fun of package design. That’s why I am doing the present job. I believe package design is an area of design which is exposed in our daily life so that we often see them and touch them unconsciously.

If the package I have designed is placed on shops’ counter, I would get feedbacks from my friends or my family. I am very happy for this and enjoy being responsible for what I design.

I hope, for anybody who is interested in package design, this ASPaC Awards should give them a foothold in your future career.
