introduction

This fan fiction guideline is not intended to restrict the creative activities of creators. Ash Nowhere welcomes the creative activities of all creators.
On the other hand, there are many people involved in the creation of the model and activities of Ash Nowhere.
I have made this guideline out of respect for these people, to protect their rights, and to ease the concerns of creators who wish to create derivative fan fiction.
I hope this guideline for fan fiction will further enhance the creative activities of all creators.

The term "fan fiction" as used herein refers to the creation of derivative works such as manga, novels, illustrations, and goods based on the character design, settings, etc. of Ash Nowhere, the furry Vtuber, as well as creative works produced as a result of such creative activities.

2.Fan fiction (excluding clipping video)

Fan fiction (excluding clipping videos), as defined above, may be freely created regardless of the type of creation (illustrations, manga, novels, goods, etc.), the method of publication (distribution at Convention like Kemoket, download sales, posting on social media, accepting or requesting commissions, posting on Pixiv fanbox and other paid billing services, etc.), or the payment of compensation, as long as the creation does not fall under the prohibited acts in this fan fiction guideline and is in a manner not contrary to general social conventions.
Please note that neither Ash Nowhere nor the rights holders will grant official recognition for fan fiction, so please do not contact us to request credit or use expressions that may mislead people into believing that you have received recognition.

3.Clipping video

The term "clipping video" as used herein means
(1) Videos uploaded by Ash Nowhere to video sharing sites such as Youtube, archives of the distribution, videos, and audio uploaded to social networking sites such as Twitter, etc.
(2) Any part of the above content created, uploaded or distributed by anyone other than Ash Nowhere in which Ash Nowhere appears.
Content created by adding cuts, effects, or other edits to either or both of the above content created, uploaded, or distributed by parties other than Ash Nowhere.
Clipped videos that I had received notification of completion by 6/28/2023 had been checked and approved by me. There is no problem to continue the notation of these authorized videos as they are.
I will not officially recognize any clipped videos that we receive after 6/29/2023.
However, I ask that creators investigate and obtain permission to use background music and background materials by themselves, including checking the terms and conditions of use.
If you contact me, I will be happy to provide you with the source of the background music or background material you are using to the extent that I can, but I will not be able to check the terms of use on your behalf.

Creation or presentation of clipped videos for a fee is prohibited. (It is possible to receive monetary profit by using advertising revenue services provided by social media such as Youtube, but the act of making monetary profit by using a billing system such as membership-only publication, or the act of making monetary profit by using a social tipping such as Super Chat, etc. is prohibited. )

4.Prohibited acts

 The following acts are prohibited
(1) Actions that damage the honor or rights of Ash Nowhere or its related parties (including, but not limited to, rights holders and collaborators), or give a false impression.
(2) Directly using or copying Ash Nowhere models or logos (except in the case of the above clipped video).
(3) Actions that use Ash Nowhere for the promotion of a specific ideology, such as political, religious, or antisocial claims.
(4) Creating or presenting R-18G content on Ash Nowhere, or having R-18G content appear on Ash Nowhere (except for grotesque expressions (e.g. causing minor injuries) that do not fall under the R-18G category).
(5) Commercial use of Ash Nowhere.
(6) Actions that Ash Nowhere feels are inappropriate, such as those that seriously offend the feelings of Ash Nowhere or its affiliates, or are offensive to public order and morals.
If any of the above actions are confirmed, Ash Nowhere may request appropriate measures such as an injunction against the publication, removal, or recall of the relevant creative work.

5.Disclaimer

(1) Neither Ash Nowhere nor its right holders shall be held liable for any problems that may occur as a result of derivative works.
(2) These guidelines are subject to additions, edits, deletions, and additions. When creating a derivative work, please refer to the latest guidelines to prevent any problems.

6.Summary

I know I wrote this very difficult, but if you take it as a matter of common sense, it's perfectly acceptable for you to do so.
If you post your work with the hashtags #94ash or #Ash_Nowear or @Ash_Nowhere on Twitter, Ash will be happy to find it and may even RT or like it.
Please keep in mind the purpose and intent of these guidelines when creating any creative work that is not explicitly mentioned here (e.g., writing songs inspired by Ash, cooking Ash-inspired dishes, etc.).
If you still have any questions or unclear points, please let us know via reply or DM to Ash Nowhere's Twitter (@Ash_Nowhere).
I will not be able to give you an individual response, but we will make every effort to resolve your concerns by adding to or revising these guidelines for secondary creation.

I encourage all creators to express their "favorite" Ash Nowhere as they see fit.
