How To Use

STEP 1:Register as a member.
STEP 2:Find the content you want and enter the details screen.
STEP 3:Register your payment information, and after completing the payment, you can start to watch the video content.
*Before use, please check the test video and recommended environment, and check whether the test video can be viewed on your device and network environment.
*Purchase/contract required to view differs depending on the content.
Please check the details from the page of target content.

How To Watch

The following operations are required before viewing.
STEP 1. Access the content page on your viewing device.
STEP 2. Click the "Play" button and enjoy the content.

*When watching the live performance, we recommend accessing with plenty of time to spare before the start time.

*If the button does not change even after the distribution start time (you cannot click the play mark), please reload your browser or log in again.

*Packet communication charges incurred when using the service are to be borne by the customer.

Operation confirmation

Before using it, please play the test video below and check whether the video can be played correctly on your viewing device and network environment.
*Communication speed may vary depending on the time of day.

TV connection etc.

There are ways to watch on your TV by connecting your smartphone or computer to your TV using an HDMI cable or conversion adapter, or by mirroring using Wi-Fi.

Connect the HDMI terminal to the terminal and TV, switch the input settings, and display the image of the terminal on the TV screen. Use your terminal to watch the video.
If you have any questions please contact each manufacturer to find out the compatibility of your device with your TV's HDMI terminals.

Use Amazon Fire TV Stick/Cube

Amazon Fire TV Stick /Cube
An Android terminal or Windows computer that can connect to the Internet and use Wi-Fi (*hereinafter referred to as the "transmitting device")

Notes
・The output device and Amazon Fire TV Stick/Cube must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
・When selecting Fire TV on a Windows computer, select the device name displayed on the Fire TV connected TV.
・Due to the specifications of the Wi-Fi environment and transmission equipment, problems such as audio misalignment, block noise, or temporary video cessation may occur.

  If there is still a problem after refreshing the page, it means that the environment is not suitable for using mirroring. Please watch it on a smartphone or computer.

・The following terminals are not supported.
・iOS and Mac devices
・Android devices that do not support Miracast
・Windows computers without built-in Wireless Display (WiDi)

​When mirroring using the Android device

1. Select the "Settings" page in the upper right corner of the FireTV screen.
2. Select "Display and Sound".
3. Effective mirroring function
4. After the mirroring function is enabled, the screen will display "While this screen is open, guest devices can use wireless mirroring."
5. Select "Settings" → "Screen" on the Android terminal
6. Choose to connect the FireTV device on your Android device

When using the Windows terminal screen

1. Select the "Settings" page in the upper right corner of the FireTV screen.
2. Select "Display and Sound".
3. Effective mirroring function
4. After the mirroring function is enabled, the screen will display "While this screen is open, guest devices can use wireless mirroring."
5. On the Windows terminal, select "Settings" → "Devices" and then select "Bluetooth or other terminals" from the menu on the left.
6. Click the "+" button.

If the connection has not been made for the first time, there is no need to click [+]. Please select Fire TV Stick from the list on the lower left.

使用Chromecast

An Android device that can connect to the Internet and use Wi-Fi or a Windows computer with the latest version of Google Chrome installed (*hereinafter referred to as the "transmitting device")

・The output device and Chromecast must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
・Due to the specifications of the Wi-Fi environment and transmission equipment, problems such as audio misalignment, block noise, or temporary video cessation may occur.

If there is still a problem after refreshing the page, it means that the environment is not suitable for using mirroring. Please watch it on a smartphone or computer.

・The following sending devices are not supported.

​When mirroring using the Android device

  1. Install Google Home on the Android device and turn it on

  2.  Click on the device you want to mirror on the screen.

  3.  Click "Projection Screen" → "Projection Screen"

When mirroring using the Windows terminal
1. Open Google Chrome on your Windows computer
2. Select "Cast" in the upper right corner of the screen, and then select the Chromecast device you want to mirror.

Use AppleTV

Apple TV
An iPhone/iPad or Mac that can connect to the Internet and use Wi-Fi (*hereinafter referred to as "transmitting device")

​Notes
・The output device and Apple TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
・If you cannot use AirPlay on iPhone/iPad and Mac, please refer to Apple’s official website.

Depending on the Wi-Fi environment and the specifications of the transmission device, issues such as audio misalignment, block noise, or temporary video cessation may occur.

If the problem persists after refreshing the page, it means the environment is not suitable for mirroring, please watch on iPhone/iPad or Mac.

・The following sending devices are not supported.
・Android device 
・Windows computer

When using iPhone/iPad for mirroring
1. Click on the bottom right of the player on the video page to play it in full screen.
2. Click on the lower left corner of the player
3. Select Apple TV
4. If the AirPlay password is displayed on the TV screen, please enter the password on your iPhone/iPad.

When mirroring using the Mac terminal

  1. Select the Airplay icon.
    *If the icon does not appear, select "Apple Menu" → "System Preferences" → "Displays" and then select "Show mirroring option in menu bar when available".

  3. 3. If the AirPlay password is displayed on the TV screen, please enter the password on your iPhone/iPad.

*You may not be able to watch by connecting to a TV. Please make sure you can watch the test video before using it.

Communication environment


To use this service, you will need a fast and stable internet environment
(wired connection to a fixed line or Wi-Fi is recommended).

*For stable viewing, the recommended line speed (download speed)
of each device is required.
We recommend 10Mbps or higher for computers and 5Mbps
or higher for smartphones or tablets.
You can measure the communication speed from here.

*A large amount of data communication is required for viewing,
so depending on your line, once the data communication
amount reaches a certain standard,
your communication company may limit the communication speed.
If communication restrictions are in place,
you may not be able to properly display the site or view content.

*If the video does not play smoothly when watching the stream,
please select a lower image quality than the [gear mark]
at the bottom right of the video player and try playing.
(If your browser is "Safari", the [gear mark] will not be displayed
and the image quality selection will only be "Auto")

When using Safari on a Mac/iPhone/iPad

When using Safari on a Mac/iPhone/iPad, videos may not be viewed correctly.

Please check the following items and settings.

*If you are using a "content blocker" or "ad blocking app", you may not be able to view the video.
If you have a dedicated app installed, please turn off the settings and try playing.
*Please make sure JavaScript is enabled.

(How to check: [Settings] > [Safari] > [Advanced] > [JavaScript] enabled)
*If "Private Browsing Mode" is set, you may not be able to view the video. Please try playing with "Private Browsing Mode" turned off.

*If "Private Relay" is set, you may not be able to watch the video. Please try playing with [Settings] > [Apple ID] > [iCloud] > [Private Relay] turned off.

*If you are still unable to view the video after following the steps above, please try playing it in a different browser (Google Chrome, etc.).
