I think we have to chang our diet to make a healthy body in first step.

Why?(なんで?)
We get obese and sick if we have a bad diet. And then  rhythm of life break down.

What does it mean? For Example(どんな食生活が肥満や病気になる原因になる?例えば? )
For example, eating  foods high  fat and high sugar can lead to obesity and illness.It is not good for you to eat only fast food and convenience stores foods.

What is a healthy dietary balance?(健康に良い食生活とはなんですか?)
Carbohydrates and fats are  energy that moves the body.Protein becomes muscle.Minerals are nourishment for beautiful skin.  We need to eat these in a well-balanced in daily meal to improve  quality.

What effects does it have on people? (食生活の改善はどのような影響を人に与えますか? )
(バランスよい食事をすることで、肥満や高血圧などの病気になるリスクを減らし、予防することができる。)→すみません、ここの文章が難しくて作る事ができませんでした。
If you have a  body that is hard to get sick it makes you less to get sick, and you can keep  a healthy body.

Therefore, we should start to improving our eating habits in keeping health.
