osu!絡みで大炎上中のクソ野郎です。

経緯

  • 曲を無断使用している動画に対して著作権侵害報告（7日間の猶予無し)

  • その界隈ではかなり歴史のあるチャンネルが停止

  • 一部の過激な方々の怒りに触れ罵詈雑言や殺害予告や自殺教唆を受ける

毎回、匿名で通報があった動画だけ著作権侵害報告をしています。
（下記のポストはこれのこと）

それに対して謝罪の連絡をくれた人に関しては、報告の撤回をしてます。
通報する際にチャンネルの中身までは見てないし、新規のチャンネルだろうが歴史があるチャンネルだろうが違反は違反。

色々な意見を静観し、目立った意見への返答。

「7日間の猶予を与えずすぐ削除するのは何故？過剰な反応。」

被害者であるこちらが何故譲歩しないといけないのでしょうか。
何年も前から自分は定期的にosu!への拒否反応示してますし、Youtubeのチャンネル等にも使用やめてねって書いてます。

それに猶予与えたところでただ動画消して終わりになると思います。
猶予与えずに消してペナルティ与える方が何がダメだったか考えてもらえると思います。


「すぐに削除するのはモラルがない。」
「動画ではなくチャンネルを消すのは愚かな行為」

曲の無断使用はモラルのある行為なんでしょうか。
認識としては動画の削除をしただけであってチャンネルを消す意図はありません。
結果としてアカウント停止する数の違反動画があったまでの話で、これに関してはYoutubeのシステムに文句を言ってください。
「これを全て報告するとチャンネルが消えてしまうからやめてあげよう」という考えは筋が通らないです。


「先に動画投稿者に連絡すればいいのに」

その言葉そのままお返しします。


「何故そんなに勝手に使われるのが嫌なのか」
「勝手に宣伝してあげてるのに」

曲使わないでって言ってるのに使われるので…。
宣伝して頂けるのは大いにありがたいですが、自分が拒否しているプラットフォーム上ではやめて頂きたいです。勝手に使って宣伝云々言うのは余計なお世話だと感じます。
また、音楽で稼ぎたいとか有名になりたいとかいう思いはあんまりないです。

今回かなりヘイトを稼げたので今後ゲームに使用されたり動画の投稿されることは少なくなるだろうとポジティブに考えてます。

誹謗中傷に関してはほとんど子供っぽいアカウントからだったので特に凹んだりはしてません。色んなスラングの勉強になりました。
殺害予告や自殺教唆はスクリーンショット控えました。


今後は一切osu!への関与はしません。
匿名の報告があってもスルーしたいと思います。
勝手にmapを作ろうがプレイ動画をアップしようが知りません。
一貫として「使わないで下さい」という主張です。

今回の件で著作権について考えるきっかけになれば幸いです。
クリーンなコミュニティになるようお祈りします。

Circumstances

I think they would be more likely to consider what went wrong if you erase and penalize them without giving them a reprieve.

Is unauthorized use of a song a moral act?
The perception is that we just deleted the video, not the intention to delete the channel.
It was only until there were a number of offending videos that resulted in account suspension, and you should complain to Youtube's system about this.

I'm reporting against the video, so the idea that "if I report all of this, the channel will disappear, so I'll stop you" doesn't make sense.

Because I told them not to use the songs, but they do....
I appreciate it very much if you can promote us, but please don't do it on a platform that I refuse to use. I feel it's none of my business to use your songs without your permission and tell you how to promote them.
Also, I don't really want to make money or become famous through music.

I am positive that since I earned a lot of hate this time, I will be less likely to be used in games or posted in videos in the future.

As for the slander, I am not particularly depressed because most of the accounts that sent me slander were children. I learned a lot of slang.
However, I refrained from screenshotting the death threats and suicide threats.

I will not be involved in any osu! in the future.
I will also ignore anonymous reports.
Whether you make a map or upload a play video without permission, I consistently insist that you do not use it.
