◎     指紋認証決済の仕組み構想

NECが開発した指紋認証システム（「大規模遺留指紋照合システム」）の応用
The application of system on agreement of figure invested by NEC “The largest system of focused on bequest of finger sign.
これは、ケータイやタッチパネルなど電子端末において指紋採取し、登録することによって登録後の決済で、指紋をかざすだけで簡単に決済可能になる。
It’s easily possible of cash by your finger accessing to the equipment of cash in figure after registered on your finger collected by the electronic devices on cell phone and Touch Panel device.
指紋採取の方法は、ホームボタンがついたケータイやタッチパネル、タッチパネル内での指紋採取である。
The ways of collecting on finger sign is from Phones and Touch Panel.

また、決済時にNECの自動指紋識別システムなどをキャッシュレス決済に応用することで、犯罪防止（購入履歴もアプリに反映）や消費者にとってお手頃な感覚で購買が可能になる。
It’s possible that the customers would purchase a commodity more easily and the defend of crimes.
Specifically, the purchased data would be inflented on App by application to the cashless pay from the system of NEC’s auto-finger identification when cashing.
そして、指紋決済の良い点は、3点ある。
There are three better of the finger's sign cash.

・財布やケータイなどを所持し忘れたり、紛失時でも決済が可能な点であること。（その場合は、キャッシュレス残高が残っている前提）
First, it's possible to cash a commodity when forgot and lost your wallet and phone etc……..
However, the porior is that the cashless balance is high or normal.

・指紋決済が普及することによって購買意欲が増し、いつでもどこでも手ぶらで（指紋決済システムが設置している店やスポット）購買が可能になる。
Second, it's possible whenever and wherever the customers purchase in store and spot whose setting the system of figure cash has relationship on increasing the demand of purchasing by commonding that.

・キャッシュレス決済が主流で世界的にも先進的な購買大国になり、購買指数が上がる。日本が今後、キャッシュレス先進国として位置づけられる可能性もありうる。

Third, it will be the main of larger developed country of purchase by cashless pay  in the world and will be increasing the purchase index.
It's probably will be placed as the cashless of developed country after possible.

・指紋決済時で顔認証などの技術の応用で、少し離れてかざしても決済が可能。
The cash will be able to touch a bit of far from the cash device by the technological application of face authorization when "finger of cashing".
（例：トイレなどで手をかざしただけで流れるシステムの応用⇒生体認証）。
For example, the application of system whose the toilet flowing by access the hand / Body authorization    
◎問題点
Problem
このアイデアの課題点は、指紋データの管理と開発コスト、顧客拡大である。
This idea of problems are the management of fingerprint's data and the cost of development , the expand of customers.

指紋データ管理は、指紋管理を行っているグループと提携する必要がある。

It's need that the PayPay company has the management of "fingerprint" data to corporate with that group.

開発コストは、すでに存在している指紋認証システム（NEC）やサービス（PayPay）の応用である。応用をすることで、開発コスト（生体認証や指紋認証）の削減が可能になる。そして、会計時における指紋センサー付きの決済装置の開発と提携（顧客）先の拡大である。
It's the cost of development as application of already been the system of NEC's "fingerprint" identification and PayPay survice.
It's possible that the cost of development will be decreasing if application.
And, The necessary is development of cashing device with cencer of "fingerprint"
when cashing and expanding of business customers.

次に、サービス商品化する前の段階で指紋決済における検証が必要である。

Next, It's necessary to check the test of this cash way before the stage of starting survice.

その方法は、スポンサー提携先や顧客先と交渉して、実際に期間限定で試験利用を行うことである。その調査方法（試験調査側）は、登録率や登録者の利用率と連動させて数値データ化し、利用満足度を調べる。利用する前に試験利用の同意書を作り、それを利用者に同意させる。その後、利用履歴を把握し、週および月の利用率や各個人または登録者全体の利用合計回数を調査し、利用満足度が高ければ実用化に向けた調整を行う。

This way is to do the meeting with suponcers and business customers, and actually do the test usage of this cash way in the season.
The research ways " the side of research test" are researched the made on the data and happiness of usage with the per of registeration and the per usage of registerater.
The ragistrater must agree with the agreement paper that they should adjust the rule before doing use.
After, the researcher should research the per of use in a week or month and the accumulation of the per of registrater or the whole ones.
And, they would do the adjustment on the start of survice if the happiness of use will be the higher.
