Respondent sent Proponent the Notice of Fault dated 3rd July, 2021 in mail just to give Proponent another opportunity to present some verifiable counter evidence to claim Proponent is not a Company but a genuine, lawful, constitutional, valid Government under genuine Government of Victoria and genuine Federal Government which are actually all Companies as Respondent showed to Proponent previously.

Instead of providing such evidence, Proponent forwarded this matter to their accomplice called ‘Fines Victoria’ without telling them our correspondence at all. Therefore Respondent sent copy to them.

At any rate, Proponent could not provide any COUNTER evidence to prove their authority at all, that Respondent has been demanding. Respondent received nothing of sort to this date when the deadline was 24th July 2021. Without such evidence, Proponent does not have any authority whatsoever to charge parking fees and/or fines especially on public roads which belong to people as Respondent has pointed out.

As a result of not providing any sufficient response, Proponent has agreed to the following.

Default Position

In the absence of verifiable and sufficient evidence to prove that ‘City of Melbourne’ is a lawful, constitutional and valid de jure Government along with so-called ‘State of Victoria’ and ‘Commonwealth of Australia’, and that Proponent’s action and demand against Respondent are genuinely lawful, constitutional and valid under the lawful, constitutional and valid de jure Government of the State of Victoria and the lawful, constitutional and valid de jure Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, Proponent acts fraudulently for Corporate Entity. Therefore they have NO AUTHORITY to charge fees to people who park their cars on the PUBLIC ROADS that belong to them to begin with, or charge fees for them to obtain things like ‘permit’, and their FAKE fines. So called ‘Infringement’ is absolutely null and void. Respondent has NO obligation to pay for this at all. Therefore, Proponent guarantees to never disturb Respondent ever again.

Needless to say, this position never changes even if so-called ‘State Government’ et al makes up a seeming law related with so-called ‘Local Government’ because any Act or Statute etc. they make up are all null and void since Companies cannot make law.

Last but not least, Respondent does not consent with the Admiralty Law.

Take notice and govern yourself accordingly.

Note: The definition of all words is to be found within common English dictionaries. Respondent believes Proponent does the same with the definition of all words.

Look your parents, children, nieces and nephews if you have any in the eye and tell them that you are helping the evil traitorous criminals destroy their country and tell me HOW PROUD you feel.

Above is somebody else’ FAKE fine from FAKE police.

And if they come back to you, demanding further for you to pay them, you just repeat what you demanded them - to show you some counter evidence which they don’t have. ;O)
