Mystery of utility bills - No answer to plain, simple questions

Did I show you this ridiculous ‘bill’ before?
Well, I don’t use electricity much, and what they charge us is like,

So I sent them some questions as below:

August 9, 2022

TO: XXXX Energy
RE: Account number XXXXXXX
Billing reference XXXXXXX

We have been paying whatever you told us to pay, but we actually have some questions and we need you to answer thoroughly before we make this payment.

The back of the first page of your bill reads:

“Total electricity charges (incl GST of $10.84)”

But the total amount of this bill shows “$119.15”.
That means our actual use is only $10.84 but you charge $108.31 for having your service.

What is that SERVICE?

When did you start having this ridiculously unreasonable and exorbitant supply charge?

Was that when Julia Gillard the Traitor DEPLOYED the Microwave Weapon called ‘Smart Meter’ in people’s homes?

Is there any law that allows you to charge users such horrific fee?

And when you think about it, you are not creating electricity.
That’s SP AusNet but why are we to pay to you and other so-called retailers?
Any law determining that weird practice?

And you know what?
They kept sending me a dunning letter but NEVER ANSWER my questions.

Does that mean there is some LIE or some FRAUDULENT PRACTICE involved??

Now, I’m doing the same with their gas bill, but they’re not replying right either.

And in the meantime, one of my mates told me to do this:

Use RED ink.

I added a few words about their crime of manipulating our weather on above.
And the back of it looked like,
