Due to the steady increase in covid-19 cases in Tokyo area, I've implemented a public health emergency for the Kanto Plains region. This order covers all Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine installations and facilities in the area.This declaration gives commanders additional enforcement capabilities to ensure everyone is complying with local Health protection measures.
