ミッケ！　I spy

屋外の椅子を片付けようとして気がついたこのカエル。日陰でお休み中だったのかも。ニホンアマガエルは水辺の植物や森林などに暮らしているらしい。この姿は椅子の色に合わせて褐色に変化した状態のようだ。漢字で書くと「雨蛙」。花札のあの絵柄が思い浮かぶ。

Small eyes were looking at me when I found her on a chair outside the bike cafe. The tree frog probably lives around the shop in the trees and rice fields. She had turned herself brown. 
In many habitats in Japan, the numbers of frogs are decreasing due to changes in their living environment such as rice fields and farms being demolished and local climate being changed so much.
