I have nothing to write about today, so I want to write a menu from my dinner yesterday.
My dinner yesterday is salt-glilled salmon, Tonjiru, sesame dressing with bonito greens and boiled chicken liver.
Salt-glilled salmon is like glilled fish better than bake in a flying pan.
The ingredients for Tonjiru are Pork, Onion, Carrot, Daikon and Taro.
Do you know bonito greens? That's food are eated new year usually, but I reccomend this food is low price and nutritious.
Chiken liver is rich in iron and it's delicious!
