Beginners are welcome at the Tengoku Daimakyo web-only event "FATALDIVE! (The organizer is almost a beginner too😇)

For those who are new to doujinshi events and web-only events and are worried about them, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and terminology.

ウェブオンリーイベント（web-only-event）

It is an event to exhibit illustrations focusing on a particular work or character, or to sell coterie magazines.
FATAL DIVE! is held on the web, but we call it the same when we hold real events at exhibition halls.

販売／頒布（ Ham-pu／Sales distribution）

In the doujinshi community, the term "distribution" is used instead of "sale. The word "sale" is not often used. This is because the exchange is not between a store and a customer, but between equal individuals.

サークル（circle）

It means a group that distributes doujinshi. A circle is uniformly called a "circle" whether it consists of one person or several.

ワンドロ、ワンライ（one hour drawing／one hour writing）

It means an event project in which participants are given a one-hour time limit to draw a picture or novel and share it with everyone at the same time.

コアタイム（core time）

While web events can be attended at any time of the day, circle members and general participants may cross paths, making it difficult to interact with each other. For this reason, we gather together during this time to take commemorative photos, hold quiz competitions, and so on.

What can we experience at the event?

We will mainly distribute doujinshi of secondary works, exhibit illustrations, etc., and interact with other fans. (Other events are being planned!)

Either circle participation or general participation is OK.

Anyone can participate in the web-only event “FATALDIVE!” For general participation, you can easily participate for free by registering as a member of Pikrie.

Participation in the circle is welcome from just one illustration! You can also ``tweet with the event hashtag and attach an image'' on Twitter!

Sale of items for adults (R18)

・Adult (R18) exhibits and sales are allowed at this event.
However, in consideration of underage participants, we ask that you display and sell your work with a one-cushion or mosaic treatment.

Q＆A

😥Can I participate in this event from abroad?

→Both general participation and circle participation are possible as long as you have an Internet connection!
(You will be responsible for your own Internet usage fees.)

😥I've never made a book or merchandise. I don't even have a computer.

→Don't worry, there are now people who draw manga and make doujinshi using only their smartphones!

😥Can I just exhibit my past work?

→Of course! Feel free to start with a single illustration!

😥If I am away on the day of the event, can I still participate in the circle?

→It's okay! That is the advantage of web events.

😥My Twitter (X) is a key account, is that a problem?

→Of course, it's OK!

😥May I borrow an image from the original comic or anime and attach it?

→Sorry, this is NG.
Please do not use images from the original comic or anime.
This event is a fan activity. Any actions (screen captures, etc.) that would be detrimental to the copyright holder are prohibited.

😥How many copies of the doujinshi should I print?

→Why not print a small number of copies first?
It does not matter if they sell out.
On the other hand, if you have a surplus, try mail-ordering it or sending it out to other events.
If you have any other questions about printing, ask your printing company.

😥There are so many printing companies and mail order sites, I don't know which one to choose...
